Best purchase I've made in a while! This Shan Zu chef knife is an absolute joy to use. The edge is incredibly sharp; it slices through vegetables like they're butter. I especially love how it handles herbs - one quick pass and they're perfectly chiffonade.

The knife feels great in my hand, with just the right amount of weight and balance. It's also really easy to clean - no food sticks around after a good rinse.

My only minor critique is that the handle could be a tad bigger for folks with larger hands like mine. But hey, that's a small price to pay for such an exceptional blade! I'm seriously impressed and can't wait to show it off to my cooking club next weekend!
