Best purchase I've made in a while! I was tired of missing package deliveries and having no idea who was at my doorstep. Enter Ring's latest Wired Doorbell Pro - it's been an absolute game-changer! Right off the bat, let me tell you, the picture quality is stunning! 4K video might seem like overkill, but when I zoom in up to 10x to check out the license plate of that suspicious car parked outside, I'm glad Ring didn't skimp on resolution. It's crystal clear, day or night. The two-way talk feature is another winner. I've had fun chatting with my neighbor while she waits for me to fetch her mail (yes, she thinks I'm a bit too excited about this tech).

Very vivid compared to older generation wired ring pro doorbell and night is in color too! Was having issues with video freezing/pixelated forcing me to move my eero pro mesh router closer to the doorbell when I didn’t have to for my older doorbell. Reason is it’s in 4k and there’s no obvious way to downgrade to 1080p. If I couldn’t improve the connection I would have been stuck with returning it.
