With a busy household and a growing family, security has been on my mind lately. So when I spotted the Ring Floodlight Cam Wired Plus on sale, I decided to give it a shot. After two weeks of testing, I'm pretty impressed.

First off, the setup was surprisingly straightforward. Even with my limited tech-savvy, I had it up and running in about 20 minutes. The quality of the camera is crystal clear, even at night thanks to those bright floods. And the motion-activated lights are a godsend – they've deterred a few curious critters from venturing too close to our house.

However, one minor gripe I have is with the app's user interface. While it's not terrible, it could be more intuitive. It took me a couple of tries to figure out how to adjust the sensitivity of the motion detection. But once I got that sorted, it's been smooth sailing.

Overall, though, this Ring cam has given me peace of mind. It's an excellent product for any parent looking to keep their home and family safe.
