I've been using it daily for three weeks now, and it's become my go-to for small tasks like mincing garlic or dicing veggies. What really stands out is how comfortable it feels in hand – the handle has just the right amount of grip, no slipping even when my hands are wet. The blade itself is sharp enough to slice through tomatoes without squishing them, which was a pleasant surprise compared to some flimsy alternatives I've tried.
