After using this portable charger for a few weeks, I've found it to be an efficient companion on my busy days. The 12000mAh capacity means it can fully charge my iPhone nearly three times before needing a recharge itself, which is perfect for my back-to-back meetings and long commutes. I particularly appreciate the built-in USB-C cable; it's convenient not having to remember an extra cable. However, the power bank takes about five hours to recharge from empty via its AC adapter, which feels quite slow compared to some other chargers I've used.
