OXO Good Grips Stainless Steel Dough Blender and Cutter

Our Experience

We go through kitchen gadgets quickly in our house, what with three kids and a baking enthusiast for a spouse. The OXO Good Grips Dough Blender caught my eye because it promised to cut down on the elbow grease required for making pizza dough or cookie batter. And let me tell you, that non-stick stainless steel blade is a dream to use. It sliced through even the toughest dough with ease, and cleanup was a breeze too – just a quick rinse, no stuck-on bits.

However, I did find myself wishing there were more holes in the side of the cutter for smaller quantities. I often ended up using it for half batches, but the larger size meant I had to really dig around to get all the dough through.



All in all though, it's a solid product that's become a regular in our kitchen rotation. If you're looking to save some arm strength when it comes to mixing and cutting dough, this is definitely worth considering.
