What I love about this grinder:Easy to dial grind size: the grind is extraordinarily consistent, and I have dialed in the perfect grain size for my Chemex pour-over.Quiet: this may be the quietest coffee grinder I have ever used. I have an espresso machine with a built in grinder that simply won’t grind course enough for pour overs. This grinder does an excellent job grinding coffee beans for not only pour overs but french press as well. The hopper holds 50 grams which is perfect for a single dose for either application. It also doesn’t throw a bunch of fines to muddy up the coffee bed on the pour overs. The grinder comes with a handy little sprayer for RDT. Love this burr grinder for my flax seeds. Very compact easy to use. Not the fastest which is a natural consequence of its compact size. Since you can't clean the grinding burr with water, I wonder how it should be cleaned aside from just being brushed off?Seems like high quality build. The pieces all fit together tightly and nicely. I like it a lot.
