Best purchase I've made in a while! This little immersion blender has been an absolute game-changer in my kitchen. I absolutely love how quickly and effortlessly it purees soups - I made butternut squash soup the other day and it was done in no time. The two-speed setting is perfect, allowing me to adjust depending on what I'm blending. Only minor critique is that the base of the blender could be a tad wider for more stability, but that's really nitpicking. This has become my new favorite kitchen gadget!
