Okay so I really like this NutriChef bakeware set! I've been using it almost every day for a month now and it's made baking at home an absolute breeze. The carbon steel pans heat up evenly, which means my cookies are perfectly golden all around - none of that frustrating dark bottom or pale top business.

I also love the silicone handles; they stay cool even when the oven's at its hottest, and it's just so much easier to grab and go without needing a towel or mitts. My one minor critique is that the nonstick coating could be a tad more durable - after washing them by hand (as recommended), I've noticed some slight wear around the edges after about three weeks of use. But hey, for the price and how well they perform, it's still a steal!
