New Balance Men's 480 V1 Sneakers

Our Experience

We go through things quickly in our house, especially shoes. Between my husband's work boots and the kids' constant outdoor play, it feels like we're buying new footwear monthly. So when I saw these New Balance 480 V1 sneakers on sale, I thought I'd give them a try. They've been on my son's feet for three weeks now.

First off, I liked how they looked. Not too flashy, not too bland - just right for a growing boy who wants to be stylish but doesn't want to draw attention. The mesh upper gives them a sporty look without the bright colors that fade after one wash.

They've held up well so far. My son plays soccer twice a week, and these shoes have seen their fair share of mud and grass stains. I've tossed them in the wash a couple times already, and they still look new. The durable rubber outsole seems to be doing its job too; no signs of wear yet.

My only minor critique is that they're slightly narrower than my son's previous sneakers. He mentioned his feet feel a bit snugger in these, but it hasn't seemed to bother him while playing. All in all, for the price and the quality so far, I'd say we've found a new addition to our regular shoe rotation.
