Not gonna lie, I almost didn't buy this CoQ10 supplement. I've been down that road before with others, and frankly, they did little more than lighten my wallet. But at $32.99 for a 40-day supply, Nature Made's offering seemed worth a shot.



I've been taking three softgels daily for almost a month now, and I must say, I'm pleasantly surprised. My initial skepticism fades with each passing day. I wake up feeling more energized, like my body's running smoother somehow. It's subtle, but it's there.



My only minor gripe? The size of the capsules is a tad large, making them slightly uncomfortable to swallow at times. But that's a small price (literally) to pay for what seems to be a noticeable difference in my energy levels. I'm still not fully convinced CoQ10 is the sole reason behind this change, but hey, stranger things have happened.



So, here's to Nature Made for proving me wrong - so far, at least.
