Look, I'll be honest, I picked up these MUNGYO Gallery Artists' Soft Oil Pastels on a whim to add some colour to my dull commutes. After a week of using them daily in my sketchbook during lunch breaks, here's what I think: The colours are incredibly vibrant and blend beautifully. As a busy professional, I appreciate that they don't require much time to set, so no waiting around for smudges to dry. My only minor critique is the slightly thicker barrel; after years of using thin charcoal sticks, it took some getting used to gripping these wider pastels. But hey, once you get the hang of it, they're a joy to use.
