Okay so I really like this product! I've been on the hunt for good pie weights and these Mrs. Anderson's Baking ones have exceeded my expectations. They're not just pretty to look at (which they are, with their natural ceramic finish), but they're also incredibly useful. The beads distribute heat evenly, which is perfect for blind baking - my tart shells came out golden brown and perfectly cooked on the bottom.

One thing I noticed after using them for three weeks is that they can be a bit tricky to clean because of their small size. I've started soaking them in warm water right after use, which helps make the cleaning process easier. Other than that, these pie weights are an absolute delight to use!
