For the price, this is impressive! I've been on the hunt for pie crust weights that won't break the bank, and Mrs. Anderson's Ceramic Pie Crust Weights delivered. The set of two stones baked perfectly alongside my pies, keeping them from puffing up too much. They're just the right size, fitting snugly in my 9-inch pans. Only minor critique is that they can be a tad heavy to handle when hot, but using oven mitts resolved that. All in all, great value for money!
