After reading countless reviews and comparing several brands, I settled on the Malta Dynamics Harness X-Pad. Over three weeks of testing, during which I wore it daily in various work environments, I found the padding to be genuinely comfortable. The memory foam distributed pressure evenly across my back, making long periods of wear less arduous than with other un-padded harnesses. My only minor critique is that the X-Pad's backing material, while durable, feels slightly stiff at first. However, this stiffness faded after a few days of use and did not cause any discomfort subsequently.

Overall, I was impressed with the X-Pad's padding, which significantly improved my comfort during extended wear compared to other harnesses without it.
