I wasn't expecting much at this price point, but the MAD SHARK paring knife has been a pleasant surprise. It's sharp - really sharp! I've cut through tomatoes and onions like they were butter, which was great because I hate tears in the kitchen.

The knife feels solid in my hand too, despite its light weight. I only wish it had a slightly wider blade for tasks like peeling potatoes. But at under twenty bucks, you can't complain too much. It's held up well after a week of use, and I'm looking forward to putting it through more paces. For the price, it's an excellent bang-for-your-buck purchase.
