Our Experience

I've tried a bunch of knives but this Mad Shark Santoku really stands out. The high carbon steel blade is super sharp and has been holding its edge even after two weeks of daily use. I love how it slices through veggies like butter, making prep work a breeze.

One thing I noticed though, the handle's not as ergonomic as they claim. It's nice and sturdy, but my hands got tired during longer tasks. Still, at $40, this is a steal compared to some other brands I've tried. Plus, it looks badass on my magnetic knife rack!
