Our Experience

After using this Mac Knife Santoku for a few weeks, I've found it to be a solid performer in my busy kitchen. The edge retention is impressive; I only had to sharpen it once after slicing through several onions and carrots.

I appreciate the comfortable, ergonomic handle which fits my hand well, making prep work less of a chore. However, I noticed that the blade's dimples - intended for preventing food from sticking - don't seem as effective with softer ingredients like tomatoes.

Overall, it's a robust and practical knife that has earned its place in my kitchen drawer.
