This may be refurbished, but you would not know it. It looks new and continues to work extremely well. It has done the Alexa+ update on its own and has a sharp screen and good sound.

Love it! I’m older so I found it hard to set up. Love the new Alexa+ .It shows you the weather,temperature,time and other interesting stuff.We love the larger screen because I can see all my photos.Easy to talk to because you don’t have to repeat Alexa every time you use it. For the money,it is a great price.We don’t have a smart house but she can run everything for you.

Very good features. Very nice screen. The audio quality is decent for what it is, although i wished it were a little bit louder. Voice recognition is pretty good and it was very easy to set up.
