I upgraded from the Echo Show 15 in my kitchen. The 21 is a beast but it mounted on the same adjustable mount with no issues. It’s also a lot more responsive although the 15 was an older version. Like new actually meant like new, complete with power supply, remote, wall mount, template, and screws. The included booklet was for the 15, but it’s identical in every aspect that the booklet covers. Apart from the usual Alexa features, I wanted test whether this unit can work on the Ethernet, instead of WiFi. With the right kind of adapter, it holds good on Ethernet, with occasional disconnections.
