Our Experience

After reading countless reviews and comparing specs across numerous air purifiers, I decided to try out the Levoit LV-PUR131S for my 800 sq ft apartment. As someone who's detail-oriented and prone to allergies, I was particularly interested in this model's AHAM verification and high CADR ratings.

The LV-PUR131S has been a significant improvement in air quality over the past few weeks. Its True HEPA filter captures 99.97% of airborne particles down to 0.3 microns, which is exactly what I needed for my pollen allergy flare-ups. The purifier runs quietly even on higher settings, making it perfect for bedroom use at night.

One minor observation, however, is that the control panel's lights can't be turned off completely, even in 'Sleep Mode'. While they're dimmed and not disruptive to sleep, I found them slightly noticeable in a dark room. Overall, though, the Levoit LV-PUR131S has lived up to my expectations and I'm satisfied with its performance so far.
