After weeks of use, I found that it indeed lived up to its promises. The hard shell is sturdy, withstanding a few airport scuffs without a scratch. My favorite feature is the smooth 360° spinner wheels; they made navigating crowded terminals effortless. One minor critique, though, is the handle's height adjustment mechanism could be smoother. It's not a deal-breaker, but it did sometimes stick while trying to extend or retract it.
