Took me a while to decide but I finally bought the Lekue Silicone Bread Maker after seeing so many rave reviews about it. I've been wanting to bake my own bread for ages but always found kneading too much of a hassle. This little guy promised to change that. After three weeks, I'm sold! The bread comes out perfect every time - soft, fluffy, and with a nice crust. My favorite part is the easy clean-up; no more scrubbing stuck-on dough from a metal pan! However, I found the sides of the loaf a tad too thick for my taste. Other than that, it's been a game-changer in my kitchen.
