Look, I'll be honest, I was skeptical about spending $35 on oven mitts but these KitchenAid Gingham ones have proven their worth in my busy kitchen routine.

The best part? They're machine washable - a godsend after handling those 400° F pizzas without breaking a sweat. No more burnt-on cheese ruining my mitts (and my mood).

One minor gripe though, they could be slightly longer for better wrist coverage when pulling out large roasting pans. But hey, that's a small price to pay for the comfort and durability these mitts offer.
