My friend raved about her Instant Pot for months before I finally caved and bought one myself. The 7-in-1 concept was intriguing, but I mostly wanted a hassle-free way to cook rice without burning it every time. Boy, does this appliance deliver!

Three weeks in, my favorite feature is the sauté function. It's perfect for browning meat before slow cooking or pressure cooking - something I never bothered with before due to the cleanup. The pot itself is easy enough to clean, though I wish the non-stick coating was a bit more robust.

All in all, this Instant Pot Duo has become my new best friend in the kitchen. It's transformed even simple dishes into flavorful, home-cooked meals with minimal effort. Well worth the purchase!
