Look, I'll be honest, I was skeptical about spending this much on a frying pan. But after testing the Inqibee Tri-Ply Stainless Steel Skillet for a few weeks, I'm glad I did. The ceramic coating is fantastic - it's non-stick without being sticky, if that makes sense. No more scraping off burnt bits; just wipe and go.

However, the handle could be a bit longer. It gets hot pretty quickly, so I found myself reaching for my oven mitt more often than I'd like. But hey, that's a small price to pay for an otherwise excellent pan.
