The price made me hesitate, but I took a chance on this imarku cleaver knife, and I'm glad I did. It's not every day you find a high-quality blade at this price point. My initial concern was durability; could a $45 knife really hold up to my frequent, heavy-handed use? After two weeks of chopping through bones and tough cuts, it's still sharp and shows no signs of wear. The handle feels sturdy, not too heavy but substantial enough for control. I appreciate the full tang design; it gives me confidence that this knife won't snap under pressure. That said, I wish there was a bit more curvature to the blade for rocking motions. It's not a deal-breaker, just something I've come to expect in a cleaver. Overall, though, this is an impressive tool for the price, and it's now my go-to for butchering tasks.
