Look, I'll be honest, I wasn't expecting much from this knife at its price point, but it's held up surprisingly well these past three weeks. The imarku Chef Knife slices through everything from tomatoes to carrots with ease - my prep time has actually decreased since I started using it.

The handle is comfortable, not that I've had much time to appreciate it; it's been in use almost daily. My only minor gripe?
