Not gonna lie, I almost didn't buy this due to my skepticism about solar-powered products. But at $25, it seemed worth a shot for some outdoor Christmas cheer. They're easy to install; just stake them into the ground and let the sun do its thing.
However, my minor critique is that they seem to stop working around 8 PM even though it's still light out in December. I'm guessing they need more sunlight hours as we approach winter solstice. But for now, they're a charming addition to our yard.
