Not gonna lie, I almost didn't buy this HOSHANHO Damascus Nakiri Knife. The price seemed a bit steep for a knife that wasn't a brand-name. But after hearing so many raves about its sharpness and durability, I decided to take the plunge.

First off, let me tell you, this knife is razor-sharp. It glides through vegetables like they're not even there - no more struggling with tough carrots or squash. The edge retention is impressive too; it's still as sharp now as it was when I first unboxed it three weeks ago.



My only minor gripe? The handle could be a tad longer for those of us with larger hands. Sometimes, my pinky feels like it's hanging off the edge. But that's a petty complaint considering how well this knife performs overall.

I've had my eye on some expensive knives before, but after using this one, I'm wondering if they're really worth the extra dough. For now, I'm more than happy with my HOSHANHO Damascus Nakiri Knife. It's become my go-to for prep work in the kitchen.
