Not gonna lie, I almost didn't buy this HOSHANHO Nakiri knife due to its price point; seemed a bit steep for a veggie cleaver. But boy, am I glad I took the plunge! The knife arrived sharp enough to slice through vegetables like butter – my first surprise. Over a week of daily use, it maintained that edge beautifully.

However, after several days of heavy usage, I noticed some minor dulling around the tip. It's not significant enough to affect performance yet, but for $63.99, I'd expect better edge retention. That said, the blade itself is wonderfully balanced and comfortable to handle; it feels sturdy without being overly heavy. All in all, despite my minor gripe about durability, this knife has been a joy to use.
