"I finally decided to try this HOSHANHO paring knife after my old one bit the dust. I'm glad I took the plunge! The knife's sharp edge made light work of my daily veggie prep - even the toughest carrots were sliced with ease. It's a bit smaller than I expected, but that actually makes it perfect for precision cutting. Only critique? It's not dishwasher safe, so it's hand-wash only, which isn't a deal-breaker for me, but might be for some."
