Our Experience
I wasn't expecting much at this price point when I bought the HOME GROWN Gift Herb Kit, but it's been a pleasant surprise. The eight different herbs have taken off nicely in my kitchen window, with the basil sprouting so quickly I've already had to trim it once!
Each seed pod is labeled clearly and came with easy-to-follow instructions. My only minor gripe is that the instructions weren't translated into metric measurements for my convenience as an international buyer.
The value here is fantastic - for under $20, I've got a little herb garden growing in my kitchen that's going to provide fresh flavors all summer long.

This is for my daughter's high school agriculture project. In order to get something prior to the end of school, and have the project done early we went with "winter vegetables." I assumed that all these would be plantable during the winter (which is mild here, rarely below zero and hard freezes are years apart.) That isn't the case. I used these as part of a bridal shower party favor and they were a big hit. I kept one of each kind for myself and all five have grown without issue. I should have probably used less seeds in the little pot I also gave as part of the party favor but…Because it is a small pot I need to water often, and need now as seen in the photo, lol.
I used these herb seeds in my hydroponic planter and they all sprouted really well. Everything is growing beautifully!
