I wasn't expecting much at this price point, but the HexClad Hybrid pan has been a delightful surprise. It heats up quickly and evenly, which makes cooking a breeze. I've been particularly impressed with how well it handles eggs - no sticky mess, even without oil. The stainless steel exterior looks sleek and feels sturdy in my hand. However, I did find the dishwasher cleaning process a bit trickier than expected; food tends to get stuck around the rivets on the inside, so a quick manual scrub before loading it into the dishwasher is necessary. All in all, for under $100, this pan offers excellent performance and durability - a real bang-for-your-buck purchase.
