Upgraded from my old one and I'm already feeling like a knife whisperer. This Henckels sharpening steel is a breeze to use – just a few swipes per side and my knives are slicing through veggies like they're on a hot date. The fine edge honing rod does its job without any fancy frills, which is exactly what I need in a busy kitchen. My only minor gripe? It'd be nice if it was a tad longer for those larger chef's knives, but hey, it's not like I'm sharpening swords here. All in all, it's a solid upgrade from my previous steel and has earned its spot on my countertop.
