Compared to pricier options, this hand mixer was a pleasant surprise! At just under $16, it's a steal. I've been using it for almost a month now and it's held up wonderfully. I particularly appreciate that it has five speeds; the slowest setting is perfect for delicate tasks like folding in whipped cream without overmixing. However, one minor critique is that the turbo boost could be a tad stronger for tougher doughs. Overall though, for the price, this mixer offers great bang for your buck and I've been very satisfied with it so far.
