Upgraded from my old Oster mixer that was on its last legs, I decided to give the Hamilton Beach 6-Speed Electric Hand Mixer a try. First off, let me say, the power difference is night and day. My old mixer used to struggle with thick batters, but this one powers through them like they're nothing. It's like going from a moped to a motorcycle! The variable speeds are also a godsend when you need to switch between whipping cream and mixing batter without overwhelming your ingredients.

However, I did notice that the beater eject button is a bit stiff compared to my previous mixer. It's not a deal-breaker by any means, but it might be a tad annoying for those with smaller hands or less hand strength. Other than that, this Hamilton Beach mixer has been an absolute game-changer in my kitchen, and I'm glad I made the switch!
