After reading countless reviews and comparing several models, I decided to try the Hamilton Beach 2-Slice Toaster. Having used it daily for nearly a month, I've found it to be an excellent choice for its price range.

The feature that stood out most was the 'Toast Boost', allowing me to toast smaller items like English muffins or pastries without them getting lost in the slots. It's a simple yet brilliant addition that sets this toaster apart from others I've used. The bagel setting also worked perfectly, providing that perfect, even crispness on both sides.

However, one minor critique is the 'Shade Selector' dial. While it offers seven settings, I found that the difference between each shade was quite subtle, making it somewhat challenging to achieve my preferred level of toastiness consistently. Overall, though, the Hamilton Beach 2-Slice Toaster is a reliable and functional addition to my kitchen, offering great value for its price.
