For the price, this Gualiu electric hand mixer is impressive! It's not a name-brand but it sure packs a punch. I've been using it daily for two weeks now and it hasn't missed a beat. The stainless steel whisk attachment is my favorite - it whips up egg whites into stiff peaks in no time. It's also surprisingly lightweight, making it comfortable to use even when tackling heavier batters.

One minor critique though, the dough hook attachment could be just a tad wider for kneading larger batches of dough more efficiently. But hey, at under $20, I'm not complaining too much. It's an excellent bang-for-buck appliance that's become my new kitchen helper!
