After meticulously reading countless reviews and comparing specs across various brands, I decided to invest in the Greenworks 40V Edger. Assembling it was straightforward, with clear instructions. The first notable aspect is its power; it cut through my overgrown lawn edges effortlessly. The brushless motor lived up to its promise of durability and quiet operation – a significant improvement over my previous gas-powered edger.

The USB battery and charger system was convenient for quick charging on the go, though I found the runtime slightly shorter than advertised. On average, it lasted about 40 minutes before requiring a recharge. However, this was sufficient for my lawn size and allowed me to finish in two sessions per week.

Overall, the Greenworks edger has proven to be a solid performer, saving me time and effort compared to manual edging tools. I appreciate its power, ease of use, and quiet operation. My minor critique would be the runtime, which could benefit from improvement for larger lawns. But for my needs, it's been an excellent addition to my yard care arsenal.
