Took me a while to decide on this saucepan, but I finally pulled the trigger after reading countless reviews. I'm glad I did! This GreenPan Bobby Flay saucepan has been a joy to cook with. The tri-ply stainless steel construction makes it sturdy and responsive on my induction stove - no more wonky heating like my old pan.

I especially love the glass lid; it's see-through, so I can keep an eye on my meals without lifting the lid and letting all the heat out. My only minor critique is that the handle gets a bit hot during cooking, but I've gotten used to using a pot holder for safety.

All in all, this pan has earned its place in my kitchen. It's made cooking at home even more enjoyable!
