I wasn't expecting much at this price point, but the GreenPan Valencia Pro has blown me away. It's not often I find a pan that performs this well without breaking the bank. The hard-anodized body feels sturdy and hefty in my hands, giving me confidence while tossing vegetables for my stir-fries.

I've been using it almost daily for a month now, and its non-stick surface is still going strong – eggs slide right off without any oil, which makes this health-conscious cook happy. The only minor critique I have is that the lid could be a bit heavier; it's lightweight enough to wobble when you try to shake your ingredients.

All in all, though, for under $160, this pan offers great value for money. It's become my go-to cookware piece, and I'm already eyeing other GreenPan options for my collection.
