Upgraded from my old one and I'm impressed! These Granite Stone pans are seriously non-stick – eggs slide right off, even without oil. The hard-anodized surface heats up evenly too, which helps me get that perfect crisp on everything from chicken to veggies.

One minor gripe though, the handles get pretty hot during cooking. I've had to use oven mitts a few times because I forgot to grab them beforehand. Otherwise, these pans are fantastic and have become my go-to for daily cooking.
