Global G-81-7" Hollow Ground Vegetable Knife

Not gonna lie, I almost didn't buy this Global G-81 because of its price tag. But after my old knife got blunt, I decided to give it a chance. After two weeks of use, I'm glad I did. This vegetable knife is sharp, really sharp! It slices through vegetables like they're butter, making prep work a breeze.

However, the hollow edge does make it slightly harder to clean than my previous knife. Food tends to get stuck in there. But that's a small price to pay for such a great cutting experience. Overall, I'm impressed and this has become my go-to knife now.
