My friend raved about these Fox Run pie weights after her latest baking adventure, so I finally decided to try them out myself. They arrived in a neat glass jar that made storage a breeze – a plus since counter space is always at a premium in my tiny kitchen.



What really impressed me was how evenly the ceramic beads distributed across my dough. No more lumpy tops or sagging centers! My first pie crust with these weights turned out perfectly even and beautifully golden. It's amazing how such a simple tool can make such a big difference.



One minor critique, though – it took me a few tries to get the right amount of beads for my smaller tart pans. I'd love if Fox Run included some guidance on that in their packaging or website. But overall, these pie weights have been a game-changer, and I'm already planning my next baking sesh with them!
