First off, let me say, these pans are non-stick champions! I cooked everything from eggs to stir-fries without any sticking issues whatsoever, even on high heat. However, there's one minor thing that bugged me a bit. While the glass lid was great for keeping an eye on my food, I found it a tad heavy.
