Our Experience

We go through knives quickly in our house, between my wife's cooking and my daughter's art projects that often involve cutting paper. So when I spotted this FAMCÜTE Japanese knife, I thought it was worth a shot at its price point.

First off, I loved how comfortable the handle felt right away. It's got a nice balance of weight and grip, which made prepping dinner last week a breeze. The blade itself is sharp too; it sliced through our roast chicken like butter.
