I finally decided to try this Ergodyne ProFlex 1100SF back support brace after years of suffering through garden maintenance with a sore lower back. At first glance, it looks like just another black belt, but once you've worn it, you understand why it's highly rated. The patented stays are game-changers; they provide exactly the right amount of support without feeling too rigid or restrictive. It was comfortable enough to wear all day, even while sweating in the sun. However, the velcro does gather some lint after a few wears, which is slightly annoying but not a deal-breaker. Overall, it's been a lifesaver for my aching back, and I'm kicking myself for not trying it sooner!
