I was skeptical at first; how could a $26 back brace really make a difference in my garden marathons? But after a few weeks of using the Ergodyne ProFlex 100, I'm pleasantly surprised. The 8" spandex belt provides just the right amount of support without feeling too restrictive, and the adjustable straps allow for a perfect fit. My back feels less strained, even after hours of digging and planting.

One minor critique though - the Velcro on the removable straps started to lose its stickiness after about two weeks. But overall, it's been worth every penny; my garden's looking great, and so is my back.
