Not gonna lie, I almost didn't buy this Elite Gourmet convection oven due to its price point compared to more expensive models. But after two weeks of use, I'm pleasantly surprised by how well it performs.

First off, the size is perfect for my small kitchen countertop. It fits in seamlessly and looks quite sleek with its stainless steel finish. The 47.5 quart capacity was enough to bake a whole chicken, roast veggies, and even fit my 9x13 baking dish.



One thing I really liked was the convection feature. Food cooked faster and more evenly compared to my old conventional oven. It's great for large meals or when you're short on time.

My only minor critique is that the top element gets quite hot during broil mode, making it difficult to reach in without protection. But hey, that's a small price to pay considering the convection oven's performance at this price point.



All in all, I'm glad I gave this oven a chance despite my initial doubts. It's become an essential appliance in my kitchen.
